DECCF Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-10-05

The service and your agreement

DECCF at deccf.app is provided by Per Wristel, Duvbergsvägen 65, 143 44 Vårby, Sweden. Contact deccf.app@outlook.com for support. DECCF helps you build calculation models, inspect assumptions, compare scenarios and save calculations as apps or cases, including through supported agents and widgets.

These terms apply when you use DECCF. New account registration requires accepting the terms; continuing to use the service also constitutes agreement. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it. Mandatory rights that apply to you are preserved.

Free accounts and credits

Creating an account is free. You can run a temporary model of your own without domain modules through the supported anonymous calculation flow without an account or API credits. Saving an app requires sign-in and your choice to save it.

Some published apps, modules and API features require installation, permission or credits, as shown in the portal. Priced published-app runs in the calculator require selecting Calculate; editing an input alone does not submit a priced run. Calculation size and rate limits apply.

The current Get silver credits flow grants complimentary silver credits while billing is offline and collects no payment. New accounts also receive silver credits. Silver and golden credits can both be used for operations, but only golden credits may qualify for a future payout under terms then in effect; complimentary silver credits cannot be converted into money. The initial estimated monetary value is 0 USD per golden credit. Payments, subscriptions and payouts are not active, and no future monetary value is promised for existing balances.

Before real payments are introduced, applicable prices, payment-provider terms, taxes, credit validity, refunds and consumer rights will be presented. Payouts will then be handled through the selected payment provider under the terms in effect. These current terms do not authorise charging a payment method.

Your content and publication

You retain your rights in your models and content. You permit DECCF and necessary providers to process that content to perform your requested calculations and to display, save or publish it when you choose. You must have the right to submit the content and personal data and remain responsible for its accuracy and lawful use. If we process personal data on your organisation's instructions, the Data Processing Addendum applies.

Saved apps start private. Publication and agent access are separate choices. By publishing, you permit DECCF to make the selected version available through the functions and permissions you choose, and permit authorised users to install and execute it and retain the snapshots and dependencies needed to reproduce their calculations. This permission continues for those retained uses after you unpublish or close your account. It does not grant users a general right to redistribute another author's protected source or reuse material beyond its applicable licence and provided access.

Respect the licences and permissions of third-party apps and modules. Do not publish private personal information you have no right to disclose. Contact support about rights or personal-data concerns in published or retained content.

Understanding results

Results depend on the model, inputs, dates, engine version and assumptions. Inspect these before relying on a result. Estimates and simulations do not guarantee future outcomes. DECCF provides calculation tools rather than personalised professional financial, tax or legal advice.

A calculation record helps retain the model and inputs. Content hashes identify the recorded material; an unsigned record is not independent certification of correctness. Reproduction depends on the relevant engine and a suitable deterministic model or recorded simulation seed. You remain responsible for deciding whether the calculation is suitable for your purpose. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Access and acceptable use

Keep control of your sign-in account and grant agents only the access you need. You can revoke agent connections. Your chat provider's own terms apply to its conversation and handling of content.

Use DECCF lawfully. Do not access other users' private content, bypass permissions or credit controls, or interfere with service operation. We may restrict activity necessary to prevent abuse, protect users or meet legal requirements. Where practicable, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact support; urgent security measures may be immediate.

Availability and ending use

The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, faults or security. Support is available by email, without a guaranteed response or availability level. We will provide reasonable notice of material reductions or discontinuation where practicable, and information about retaining accessible work. We do not promise recovery of content you permanently delete.

Before closing an account, retain the models and results you need using the available viewing, copying or calculation-download functions, or contact support for an applicable data-access request. There is no general account-wide self-service export.

User settings → Close account permanently removes private apps, saved cases, preferences, credit balance and history, tokens and agent connections. DECCF sessions lose access and the Clerk identity for DECCF is deleted; your Google or Microsoft account remains. Silver credits have no monetary value; golden-credit payouts are currently unavailable.

At closure, unused published versions and private drafts are removed. Versions already required by other people's installations, saved cases or dependencies remain available to them for reproducibility, together with the executable dependencies they need. They leave Marketplace discovery and published API access, show Closed account as author and no longer generate author credit earnings. Published content and other people's snapshots may still contain information you provided. A minimal closure marker prevents old credentials restoring the account. Contact support about personal data or rights in retained material.

Privacy, changes and disputes

Our Privacy Policy describes personal-data handling. These terms may be updated to reflect service or legal changes. We publish the date and notify material changes in the service or through account contact information as appropriate. Changes requiring new agreement will be presented for that agreement before taking effect. You can stop using the service and close your account.

Swedish law applies, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you, including consumers' rights in their country of residence. Contact deccf.app@outlook.com first to seek resolution of a dispute. You retain access to competent courts and, where eligible, the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, ARN. These terms do not require private arbitration or waive mandatory consumer rights.
